Who we are

Scrappy MMA operates mixed martial arts gyms at Willetton, Greenwood and Canning Vale in Perth, Western Australia, and is opening at Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Scrappy MMA and its related entities.

What we collect

Contact details, name, phone, email, postal address
Demographic details, date of birth (to verify age for kids programs), emergency contact
Training information, program interests, experience level, membership tier, class attendance
Payment details, stored by our payment processor (Ezidebit / Stripe), never on our own servers
Communication history, emails, SMS and inquiries submitted through our website or booking forms
Website analytics, anonymous usage data via Google Analytics and similar tools

How we collect it

Directly from you, when you book a free class, sign up as a member, email us, or ask us a question. Indirectly, from our website forms, cookies, and payment processor.

How we use it

To deliver your membership services (class bookings, scheduling, communications)
To process payments and manage your account
To respond to enquiries and follow up on free class bookings
To keep you safe during training (e.g. know about medical conditions, emergency contacts)
To send occasional updates about classes, events, and offers (you can opt out any time)

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, payment processors, email platforms, scheduling software and CRM tools. These providers are bound by privacy obligations and only handle the minimum data they need.

Children's privacy

For Little Warriors (kids) memberships, we collect information from parents or guardians. We don't collect personal information directly from children without parent/guardian consent. Kids' contact details are stored only against a parent/guardian account.

How we protect it

We use secure systems with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular audits of our tools and providers. No digital system is 100% secure, if there's ever a data breach that might affect you, we'll notify you in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
